The Shared Spirits blanket pays homage to what all Native American tribes have in common. The relationship honoring the spiritual world is represented by the moon, sun, stars, and rain clouds. Tribute to the natural world is shown by squash, corn, tobacco, beans, elk, buffalo, eagle, and bear. The central sacred circle contains a cross, which is the universal symbol for the creation of mankind and the four directions. The background is black, with the designs in ombre colors of the rainbow. Some of our Pendleton items are hand washable, but if the label says 'Dry Clean,' the item does not have a washable finish, and washing it can result in shrinkage and loss of fabric smoothness.
