Pine Writing Desk

The writing surface on this desk is naturally blue-stained pine and the front and back edges still have their natural edges, with partial cambium still on it. The desk is completed with lodgepole pine in a mortise-and-tenon construction and and is finished in ecologically friendly, water-based clear satin. The blue-stained pine drawer face is accented with a partial-cambium drawer pull. Full extension, heavy duty, ball bearing drawer slides provide a quality touch, and gliders on legs allow for about 1" vertical height adjustment and leveling. This desk fits nicely under our loft style beds to save space in a smaller room or anywhere a beautiful work station is desired.

Traditional mortise and tenon construction gives Frontier Log Furniture superior strength, and exceptional lodge furniture styling. Logs are hand peeled with an old fashioned draw knife, and all pieces are handcrafted in Montana from standing, bug-killed, salvaged wood--the most environmentally sustainable furniture product possible.

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Please inquire about quotes to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. A deposit of 50% is required when order is placed, and balance is due upon shipment. Log furniture items are shipped curbside via freight carrier, though some smaller items can ship UPS or FedEx. Items are built to order in most cases, so lead time is about six to eight weeks. Please inquire about expedited orders or specific shipping needs.
